A beekeeper with over 30 years’ experience, Javier lives in the municipality of Ipiales, in the department of Nariño.

From an early age, he began working empirically in the field of beekeeping, specializing in the breeding of the “Apis Melifera” species.

Javier has also taken part in a number of beekeeping educational events and owns his own apiaries.

At Impulso Verde, Javier is responsible for supervising the apiaries in the Impulso Verde network.
